Drive for Angel’s Place
On March 15-18, Pittsburgh Career Institute’s Student Ambassadors will be holding a drive for Angel’s Place. This presents the opportunity to donate items to a great cause.
“Angel’s Place is a cooperative community and a home away from home. It is a place where children feel cared for and where families can feel relaxed, supported, and involved.”
The parents are as much of a client as the children are. Angel’s Place cares for parents and children alike, making sure everyone succeeds in their goals. Understanding that parenting is one of the most challenging and most rewarding jobs, they account for the challenges parents face when raising children.
Donating common, household items is a small way to help. Students are encouraged to bring these items on-campus throughout the week. Helping Angel’s Place further strengthens our community and our world.
